Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Mod Reveals. If you encounter any issue with your order, we're always happy to make things right.

We accept returns up to 14 days after the delivery date.

  • Damaged Items: Oops! If something arrives damaged, please email support@modreveals.com with clear photos of the entire front of the design, and a close up  of the damaged area.
  • Change of Heart: If you decide an item isn't the perfect fit or no longer need the item, the return shipping cost of $7 will be deducted from your original order refund.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. You can always contact us for any return question at support@modreveals.com.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital templates, sale items or gift cards.

    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@modreveals.com.

    Exchanges
    We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Start a return by contacting us at support@modreveals.com. For exchanges on non-defective items, you will need to cover the cost of shipping. You can first start a return on the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
